One of the wonders of the world

The annual visit of the Loggerhead Turtles to Mon Repos beach near Bundaberg is happening later this year.
Nesting season starts in November and the hatchlings head into the sea up to the end of March.

We invite you to enter our See the Turtles competition and you could be the winner of a three nights stay at the Point Resort in Bargara which will give you the opportunity to see the turtles.

The Point Resort is a perfect choice for both couples and families wanting Bargara accommodation. Choose from modern 1, 2 or 3 bedroom holiday apartments located just a few minutes from Kelly’s Beach, the Basin and the Bargara Golf Club.
The prize is for a family of two adults and two children.

Also included in the prize is lunch or dinner at Baltimore Bar and Café by the river at the picturesque marina at Port Bundaberg.
You will take a leisurely half day tour on the Burnett River on the Bundy Belle which once carried passengers across the waters of Moreton Bay.
During your visit you can have a look around the Hinkler Hall of Aviation in the Botanic Gardens and take time out to see how the famous Bundy Ginger Beer is brewed at the Barrel in Bargara Road.

Entry is free: Only one entry per household. Residents of post code 4670 are not eligible to enter. Entries close on Friday 13th September. Winners announced in the next Bundy Book in September and our web site.
